This post is a milestone post for me...Post # 1000. I made it to 4 digits. Smoked a bunch, helped others a bunch, Won a fattie throwdown, built a smoker (or three), cussed and discussed everything from Charcoal to spray bottles. It has been quite a ride.

It's the people like you (and many others) who have the experience, and are generous with their knowledge and skills that helps make this such a wonderful place to visit. I know that I have learned so much, and I owe to you and all the other tenured smokers out there.
