I have been wanting to do one of these ever since I seen them in the smoking-meat newsletter. They were awesome. Here is a Q-View of my V-Day Breakfast Fattie Smoke:

One of the bacon weaves


This one is julienne potatoes,sweet peppers and sauteed onions


This one is cheddar cheese,scrambled eggs and pieces of bacon


On the smoker ready to smoke


Almost 3.5 hours and 160 degrees


Ready to eat. This is the one is the potato o'brien and cheddar cheese
 
SmokingRiley, those look fantastic! I like the sound of the stuffings you used. Nice job on the bacon weave too!

The wife is definitely a keeper. She likes the smoke/BBQ and loves beer. What more can you ask for.
