got 2 kenmore vertical water smokers electric element i put hickory chunks soaked 1/2 inch next to the element smoked just fine i put a water pan on the 2cd shelf but it suposed to be lower but i dont have the right pan any tips on these unit bout to try a boston butt and spare ribs for the first time.any tips please help?
