More Secret Rub

Good Old Faithful (ECB)

After 4 hours in the smoker and 1 in foil. I spread some parkay and Golden honey on top before I wrapped in foil.

Nice and juicy, no sauce required!!

Only 1 left...Never make enoughmad.gif

Outstanding looking ribs! How much honey and Parkay did you use?

Wish I had some of those ribs...and the green grass. Every things white here!!

Good looking ribs. Did you have to stand them up after foiling? Just wondering if the butter and honey were able to do their thing on that slab. Did you notice a difference between the two?

How much of each did you use?

I only had to stand them up for an hour until they shrank enuff to lay down flat. I used Parkay first,(enough to cover the slab and it melted pretty quick) then glazed with the honey and wrapped in foil for 1 hour. I did notice more of a ring on the slab that was rolled up, but it could be a coincedence.
