1st butts with qview

I decided to throw some butts in the smoker this afternoon after getting home. both butts are small. I think 3lb range. I used jeffs rub for the first time and man does this stuff taste awesome. it is getting time to throw em in foil and wait till they get to 200 then rest till tommarow morning. I figure that they will be ready to be pulled at midnight time frame. then let them rest till 4 when it is time to go to work.

hickory.

finished picks might not happen. at midnight I pulled em in the house and stuck em in towels and a cooler to rest. went back to the layzboy and watched some tv.

next thing I know it was 5 in the morning and had to get stuff done instead of taking pics. I brought it to work to let others try and it is perfect. just the right amount of smoke and the rub is awesome.

I'll try to rescue the qview for ya. Put in a couple 8# butts last night and they are just about done. Also used Jeff's rub and will snap a few pics.
