I decided to make my first ABT's for today as an appetizer. They're stuffed w/ cream cheese, green onion and sharp chedder cheese. I had some left over filling and I have to admit that it's also great on bagels!

I like the stuffing but they look alittle under done to me but if you like them that is all that counts.
 
They might be underdone, I'm not sure. This was the first time I've made them, but the bacon was done and the jalapenos were juicy when you bit into them. They were very tasty and overall a big hit. My pepper tray sucked though. About 30 minutes after throwing them in, 3 of them fell out of the rack, and after about 1.5 hrs, the rest started to soften up and fall out. So, I put foil on the grate (didn't want any stuffing to drip on my bb's below) and threw them on the foil. I can't wait to make them again though!
