How long does it talk to smoke a side or 2 sides of ribs?

Somewhere around 5 to 7 hours for spares
4 to 5 hours for BB's.
4 t0 4 1/2 hours for Beefies

If it's spares I would say 7 hour or less and if it's baby backs about 5 hours or less.

well we are in the pork section so id say pork ribs

i go with the 3-1-2 for myself unless grandma is comming for dinner

, less steem time in the apple juice but if im doing for myself i leave out the 3-2-1 all together and give them a good smoke till there up around 150 and tranfere them to the grill and apply allot of BBQ sauce like sweet baby rays's, and alot of paper towles for wiping up, cause if you dont make a mess eating ribs its not done right
