This was all done on the grill, technically not smoked but the mushroom, bacon and beef drippins' hittin the covers sure does produce a good smokey flavor!

I really like your choices for dinner. A good ole surf and turf dinner is one of the best around here. But that a well rounded dinner too.

It's nice to be able to produce a "steakhouse" meal for two for under 25 bucks. It seems to me all they add to it is some parsley, a baked potato nobody wants and a bar tab! I even had hollandaise sauce with the seafood, OHHHHHHH MAN is that good!
