Snake bitten chicken injection?

I want to test out the new smoker this weekend with a big rib experiment Sunday, and some chicken Saturday.

I make some SBC rub, and I have a bunch of thighs. I'd like to try an injection with the rub on some of these, and Yoshidas on the other 1/2.


Any suggestions for an injection?

Why not use the injection liquid that is mentioned in the recipe? Apple juice, spiced rum and lime juice.

My question to you is why inject the thighs for they are really small an all??? Are you just tring to change the flavor of them?? I was jusr curious to know why.

I just wanted to try something different. I just got these injectors for pastrami, and I saw people injecting thighs on the Pitmaster show.

I thought I would give it a whirl. I'm new to the whole injecting thing so I just wanted to see what it is all about!
