You know it or you do not know
But in France they eat much cheese for dessert.
This is generally a piece of 3 or 4 types with what bread

Now I thought I make it hot for once
And it was super

Here's what I did

Take a Camembert in wooden box

Get him out of the wooden box and also remove the paper or plastic

Place him back in his wooden box
Cut the lid off, and sprinkle some pepper and herbs de Provence

Put on the smoker for 25 min at 220 F

He is ready

Delicious with a little baguette

good songs do not last long, he was gone in no time

you must try also once

Now what kind of cheese is it again a Camabert is that like a brie or something. I'm not really sure of where to look for it. Cause if you say that we should try it I will do that. I just have to find it.

That looks great. We love it too and often will wrap in Puff Pastry and bake it similar to what you did. Nice job

Thanks for the delicious looking Q-view Geert, I've been looking at the soft cheeses at the store but haven't bought any because I wasn't sure what to buy or what to do with them. But I think you just solved that problem for me.
