i got a 5.12# pork loin looking for idea how to do it?

Maybe cut it stuff it and roll it back up tie it. Or cure it and make canadian bacon. Or maybe bacon wrap it and smoke it. Or maybe ????

I'm with Jerry (pineywoods) wiht this one with the canadian bacon (if you have some cure) or like I just did and stuff it with some good stuff.
It was really good to but you still cann't beat the bacon. I know half and make one of each.
