I have owned a CharGriller Duo for several months now and have renewed my interest in smoking. I am not an expert but I'm no rookie either. I have outfitted my Duo with every possible modification I can find on these very helpful forums. If I knew how to post pictures I would but this old dog won't learn many more new tricks. I'm lucky to send and receive emails

.

Looking forward to learning from you and will be most flattered if you can learn from me.

I am a proud graduate of Clemson University (Class of 1977) and can be found grillin' at all the home games. Hope you can join me for some tasty morsels and a cold one some time. Go Tigers!

Welcome to the SMF, sounds like you're interested in adding a few more smokes to your enjoyment. It's all good my friend.

Many thanks for the warm welcome. Yes, I have the SFB on my Duo. I will be crankin' her up Sunday Morning for babybacks and chicken quarters for Super Bowl munchies. (Really don't care who wins, I just enjoy football.) I will try to talk one of my three beautiful daughters to take pictures and, since they are VERY computer savvy, I promise to post pictures Monday. Until then, I will be very unproductive here at work reading and learning from y'alls experience. (For youse guys north of the Mason-Dixon, yes, we do say y'all....Y'all = you all).
