Not new to smoking meat but I am new to this Forum. I have a New Braunfels wood smoker which is totally covered with snow. But the snow does not keep us from enjoying home made fresh sausage on the smoker.

Welcome to the forums Rambling. When ya get a chance maybe you could share a few sausage recipes?

Welcome aboard Rambling....now I'm sure you must have a recipe for Swedish potato sausage right?
I've been looking for a good one, and would love to have any sausage recipes you are willing to share.
Looking forward to your input.

Welcome to the SMF Rambling! I spent about 18 months in Stockholm back in 1996-97. Met some really great people and saw a lot of the country .... really nice .... especially in the winter. By the way, what kind of wood do you smoke with and what's your favorite meat to smoke?
Again, welcome to the SMF and we look forward to your posts.

Welcome Rambling!

I live in Minnesota and the rest of the world thinks we have ice and snow year round.....
