just had 4 bones straight from the fridge. darn bb's almost taste better cold the next day than fresh out of the smoker..PDT_Armataz_01_01.gif

the ones I did last week in Florida I did with apple and cherry, I thought they were much better than the hickory ones I usually do.
I will be using cherry for the next batch for sure.
I also do all my pastramis and canadian bacon with cherry. I love the flavor.

yes it was , everyone loves it.
I use equal parts of TQ and brown sugar
and a touch of garlic. let them cure for 7 days
then smoke
