well here it is a 10lb shoulder rubbed with bilbos rub and smoking at 275 over cherry,apple,and hickory going to foil at 165 then take to 200 and pull will post more pics along the way

Thanks went to Texas for the holidays then got pretty crazy here and cold so now i am back with a vengeance .lol
didnt get a pic coming off the smoker troops were impatient after the rest and had to start slicing and dicing came out very good
