Have wanted to learn about BBQ for some time, got a WSM last fall, have done 4 cooks, Lots to learn, just found your site a couple weeks ago and have enjoyed lurking here.

I have a whole short plate in the freezer that may be very interesting to take pics of.

How to post Qview to Forum:

When you uploading to Photobucket I always use the Large IMG setting, 640 x 480 it is a nice size...

Everyone here enjoys seeing the Qview so be sure to post plenty of pics...

Large ones that us old people with bad eyes can see.
