Id like to see a pic of a flat porcelain cooking grate, ive never seen them or been able to find any.
Where on earth did you find them.
Or are you talking about the regular old round bar porcelain grates that you have to use the stupid little v-shaped cleaners so that you dont scratch the porcelain off of them?
Not something you want to use on a smoker with 16 sq ft of cooking surface, you would be there forever,
No, flat expanded metal seasoned right IS THE EASIEST TO CLEAN ,
