My 1st ever smoke

This weekend I decided to smoke a fatty. May I say it was one of the best things I have ever put in my mouth. Smoked it for about 3hr. and 40min. took 2 jimmy deans sage sausages put them together flattened it out and rolled it up with southwestewrn style hash brown potatoes inside of it. here are some pics enjoy.Looking forward to some nice smoked butts next.

Very nice job on your first fattie and smoke. You did a great job and you will be smoking quite regularly pretty soon for sure. Yo Smokin Now, great job.

Your pics show the newish Char-broil Double Chef Smoker, how about writing up a complete review of this WSM knock off, I read that the price is from $69 to $79 making this a possible great choice for someone that doesn't want to pay for the much pricier WSM. Heck if you can find a WSM and compare the metal thickness on the body, grill grates thickness, layout, component quality, etc. Take pics of the individual components would be great. I read the reviews on Amazon and one guy liked it so much that he went and bought a 2nd just for the future, when the 1st one he has wears out.
