Hello everyone

Yesterday i did a brisket on the drum along with some ABT's and some beans and some sausages and pig peckers it all got a little over done but it still tasted great the wind was blowing around 30 MPH and my drum was out in the open i think a lot of air was going in threw the vent causing my temps to go up

i started the drum at 0500 and placed the brisket into the drum at 0600 i went into the house and made some jalipeno bratworst these turned out pretty good i used a pork butt and some pre mixed seasoning from PS seasoning great stuff at 1130 i checked the brisket and the temp said 200 oops i foiled and placed it back into the smoker for a half hour or so and removed to a cooler
then i started the ABT's i stuffed them with a mix of smoked sharp cheddar and regular cheddar
i threw on a few pig peckers and at the last i put on a few eggs and for desert i had made some homemade blueberry ice cream

Sounds like you kinda had the forge effect going. Long as it all tasted okay in the end. Glad you got something on. I'm just doing some cheese today, since I don't have anything else to toss in. Least the freezer doesn't feel abandoned. Happy New Year Huey!

Looks fantastic. Its good food like that, that makes it hard for me to stick to my New Years resolution.
