I will be posting pics soon I did a Turkey for Thanksgiven following Jeffs instructions and now everyone that had it said that they don't think they could eat a turkey cook in oven again. I must say I surprised myself on how good it was since it was my first turkey, but with Jeff's instructions it was like I've done hundreds.Had a bunch of friends and family stop by today and ask what was smoking at the moment nothing but they all said please so I smoked a ham and some ribs just took them out just waiting for everyone to come back. Its almost 9pm and the ham is just finishing and ribs will be done any minute.

Welcome to the SMF. Glad to have you here. Lots of good folks here and knowledge. Looking forward to your first qview.
