Just got a campchef smoke vault for christmas. I found this site looking for tips on meat smoking.Looks like it was just what I was looking for. If anyone owns a smoke vault I would love to here from you.I am an experienced cook, but new to smoking, so I would appreciate any tips.

Welcome fcb, you definitely found a great site with so much info on smoking you are going to end up needing to start a list of things you want to smoke.
I'm sure someone will be able to help you out with your smoker before long.
