Sliced a bottom round a month ago for minute steaks etc and use some in stir-frys...Freezes excellent in thin strips...

Like to marinate for 6 hours in soy, sherry and grated ginger root....Takes in alot of flavor quick. No MSG etc. in this....

The veggies. The snow peas were blanch/frozen from garden.

Need to replenish my cayenes from the vac-u-sealed i did over summer.

Eskimo style ULU knife i use to make pepper strips/chunks for rice...Parents bought this when i was a kid in Alaska..

I add the cayene to olive oil and let it soften with some garlic and add rice...Gives it a nice kick/flavor...Sorta infused chile oil....

My favorite part....The meat in the skillet.

I add some more soy and sherry at end -then a corn starch slurry to thicken

Dinner,breakfast and lunch......

Man , that looks awesome !!!
