temp for beef ribs

hey im new here.
quick question what temp do you bbq beef ribs. at im going to be doing beef ribs and a brisket wasnt sure what one to put closer to the heat source thanks hopefully well be posting some pics later

I never actually check temps for beef ribs; I just pull them when the meat has pulled back from the bone and they bend easily.

I agree watch for the pull back on the ribs and should bend alot

I usually use 225º to 240º and go for 4 to 4 1/2 hours. I still like alittle pink in mine.

I'm with flash on this one it a time thing not a temp thing with beef ribs. I start out with the 3-2-1 thing but them keep an eye on the pull back and then when they pull back pick them up and check the bend. If they bend easy and alot their done.
