Like 10,000,000 plus people i did a rib roast christams...

Made a nice gravy with some rendered fat and drippings...

I sear em at 450 and bake till done...this was the fat and onions i placed her on...

Making some beefy gravy....

Re-heated rib roast slices

Some blanched-frozen green beans from garden...Fresh and not mushy once steamed with garlic slices..

Made a blue-cheese salad with some fresh made dressing

Sloppy seconds.

Nothing sloppy about that! I'd settle for thirds or fourths!

Very nice looking plate Alex.....love the looks of the gravy, I bet it tastes even better.

Great looking stuff, Alex! Did you save me a slice of that?

I'm with the Dirt Guy and I would take 3s or 4th of that for sure. Man you did such a great job with the leftovers.

nice, a little different version of rib roast made up with the gravy and all... gotta love them green beans from the freezer... we had a bumper crop here and we were really picky what we kept for blanching and freezing. sure is good this time a the year and surly beats canned or store bought froze beans dont they???

A plate fit for a king Alex. Super job all around.

BTW, it looks like a couple of brussel sprouts made it in there too...Love brussel sprouts.

I save beans, snow peas by blanching/freezing etc...erain.As you know they are fresh and way better then the can etc....I saw a post on a veggie forum where they blanched/froze peppers-gonna try this...

I also like the fact beans fix nitrogen in the roots from the air...I grow my lettuces etc. over the tilled in roots the next year for a natural boost...

One heck of a plate there.
