made up some tasso and chorizo out of a pork butt i got a while back for .59 cents a #.
pulled some of both out of freezer and mama said she would make up some breakfast buritos for me & my coworkers.
some fried taters,bell peppers,eggs & some mexi blend cheese,tasso & chorizo

will have them for brunch tommorrow

taste tested here wow this will work.

it is like a cajun pork the ones i made out of a bone in butt cut strips 6"long & about 1" square .
