I just couldnt stand it anymore. The food here at Disney is not all that good, so today after I spent 55.00 at CiCis pizza I went to Wally world and bought a 20.00 charcoal Grill and some of teh usual to cook. I bought a bag of Kingsford Hickory charcoal, Jalapeno and Cheddar Brauts, Hot dogs, Chicken Breast, Thin Pork Chops, Regular Beddar Cheddar, and some Chorizo Brauts. I promised my Fam I was not gonna cook on this trip but i lied I guess......Anyway tonites dinner cost me about 10 bucks and was better than anything we ahve had so far. Brought the little grill home and put it together and was cooking an hour later...Anyway heres tonights dinner

1 Pack Hot Dogs
1 Pack Jalapeno Bedder Cheddars
And I threw on some left over spiral cut ham from Xmas dinner..It was better than yesterday..

I guess after I got The Lang I have forgotten just how much fun these little Charcoal Grills are to cook with and with a little know how throw out some descent que...

Gettin her all fired up

That was a great idea to buy that little grill. The food at Disney is beyond ridiculous in price for the suprisingly low quality.

I'm surprised they let you BBQ On the balcony though.

The "My little helper" looks like he is HUNGRY!!! His eyes are saying .... Dad where's the darn food?

Looks like you have some good help to pass a tradition on to.

The family that cooks together stays together? Sure cant hurt.

Your view for dinner looks a whole lot better than mine.

24 and snowing all day, southwest of Chicago.

Gotta be better than park food! Suprised they let you grill on the balcony as well.

Yep - sure does look better then park food - and cheaper.

I think this may be a case of better to ask forgiveness then to ask permission...

Didnt ask...Just figure i would cross that bridge if it comes.......All they can do is kick me out and I would just go hunting with Jerry.......

Man,that brings back some memories...Was like 5 in 74 when our family went down dere...Luckily my G-parents lived in clearwater and we commuted....

Nice work and great looking group you have.....

I went down the first week of December and had the Meal Plan.
The food sucked and trying to get a reservation was next to impossible.
We stayed at the cabins at Ft. Wilderness, and should have cooked.
They have stoves and grills outside the cabin, but I would rather have service at a restaurant. My Mistake!
Which resort were you staying? It looks like the new DVC at the Contempory.

Looks good Chris, love the view.

Hey, Chris - a BBQ man has to do what a BBQ man has to do

Don't blame you a bit. Better than the rubber chicken and all the rest of that junk they charge outrageous prices for down there.

for the extra effort instead of settleing for junk food!

I did find one good place to eat at Disney
Ohanna's At the poleneisian resort is outstanding
fire grilled shrip, steak, pork, chicken,
I think its around 25.00 a person but its all you can eat and the bring the skewers to your table and give you as muc as you want.
