Has anybody ever converted their charcoal smoker to propane?

What kind of charcoal smoker would be the first question? I converted my ECB to use one or the other and sometimes both charcoal then propane in the same smoke.

Follow the link in my signature for where I got mine. I may have been able to do it myself but this was 100% hassle free and for my money a great deal.

I did my Charcoal GOSM (don't see those much anymore) over to propane using a single burner setup from Northern Tool. I don't use the pan anymore, just place the coffee can right on the burner. Works great!!
