Nice to see ya got to use your new baby Jim. Wonderful looking ribs and the rest looked darn good as well.

Even as nice of a cooker the WSM is a windbreak really does help in that situation.

It must have been hard holding off using your WSM until yesterday. Great Smokes though. Congratulations.

the last weekend was the hardest, I was going through pork rib withdrawl, and knew I didnt have enough propane left to do a batch on the GOSM.

It was worth the wait. Just decided i need to use the WSM again today. I have a couple thick porterhouses I am going to smoke for some tacos. Off to the store to pick up a few things i need for the tacos.
