yet another Pastrami! this one is fowl

biggrin.gif I started this one last week at the same time I started the venison pastrami in the other post
this one started as a JenO turkey breast
I fillet it off of the bone and put it in ryteks pastrami brine for a week.
now its soaked and rinsed and seasoned, ready to hit the cherry smoke along with the venison ones. this is about the 6th one of these I have done and man are they good! beats any cold turkey breast meat from the deli!!

done to perfection and in the cooler for the nite

heres the final pastrami of my days work
I showed the 3 venison pastrami in another post
heres the final of the turkey pastrami
it is now in the fridge cooling for the night and will also succumb to my hobart slicer tomorrow
