I used the Maple Bourbon Ham recipe that is posted here. Let me tell you if you want a good ham you need to try this. Smoked 7 hours on hickory, mopping each hour.

I like your ham there. I can say that it is a droolable hunk of meat there with a nice glaze to it too.

Well you see that light colored spot? Thats the plug the cook tried, because there will be no slicing until Christmas.

AWESOME-I have a ham(not as big) in the chill locker on hold until Xmas-and the hash brown casserole recipe to go alongside! Not as big, but too big here at home and it will go to the mission, only 2 of us-great inspiration on this wonderful time of year. Hope mine turns out this good!
