the recipe for Jeff's meatloaf is on the toolbar of links on the left of the page for those looking for it. Like I said he has the right mix of ingredients to turn out a great loaf, with plenty of room for adders, and personalizing it.
I cannot wait to use the WSM for sure, Friday BB ribs will be the first go. The GOSM has been a good smoker, and I am glad I bought it, I believe the more smokers you work with the better you can become at the craft.
