Sunday I am smoking a turkey, 2 turkey breasts, a packer brisket and a few racks of spare ribs, maybe a fatty or two.

Just looking for a simple homemade rub, we have allot of spice in the house

Many times I will use a light coat of Jeff's rub on turkey other times I keep it very basic salt, pepper, garlic, and a little rosemary

You can never go wrong with the old favorite salt, pepper, garlic and thats abut it try letting the meat speak for itself and you'll quickly find out that the meat taste really good with just a touch of this and that.
