Turkey question?

Is there any reason you couldn't, or shouldn't cut up a turkey before you cook it, kind of like you would a chicken?

I see no reason why you couldn't do it. Just make sure each piece is done before pulling them off the rig.

I don't see any problem at all with it either.
Go for it, rock and roll and snap some pics PDT_Armataz_01_34.gif

ye you would be fine I guess. But is it the time it's gonna take for the whole bird or you just want to smoke it in pieces??

Mainly size and time, I am thinking it would be a little easier to smoke in my roaster smoker if I cut it up.
