thanks guys it is cold around 29 degrees and windy ok here is a little more about the smoke the butt was 7 1/2 lb rubbed with bilbos rub the pastrami was a cornbeef i soaked and rubbed with som cbp and some bilbos rub i love that stuff the fattie was a breakfast fattie stuffed with pancakes and maple syrup simple but oh so good whole family loves this

Everything looks great so far. What temp are you smoking and whats in the rubs come on you cann't just dangle some of the goodness in front of us like that. We need all the details Please.

ok i am smoking 250-275 using a mix of hickory,cherry,and pecan the rub is billbos rub posted here i love the stuff i am spritzing with apple juice and a litle cider vinegar gonna rap it at 160 and take it t0 200 then let it rest and hopefully it will be done for dinner the pastrami i made since i had the smoker going and they had the point cut corn beef cheap here figured id make some up to slice and vacum pack since my supply is running low and i am gonna get another c/b curing again wife and kid are gone to some kind of jewlery party and im home alone with my smoker and a fridge full of cold beer life dosent get much better.lol who knows what else i might try and smoke today all legal of course.lol

Lmao natural herb great for cooking love the aeromatics dont like random piss tests it has been years the meat is coming along great the hooegarden is going down nice this was a great day my smoker has stayed steady at 275 even with the cold damn i love this smoker for the money i spent it is a perfect flame from lowes if it got destroyed today id be there tonight ordering another

well i didnt get pics out of the smoker before it was pulled because i had some hungry people here.lol but heres what it looked like on my plate will slice the pastrami tommorow and vacum pac it and will pac up whatever pork is left for a rainy day thanks for looking

the brew is a hoegarden will post pics of the pastrami this was by far my best smoke yet family loved the pulled pork and the fattie it was a perect smoke day every thing went as planed
