Hello everyone!!!

I have been reading this site for a few weeks now and can't get enough of it. I'm a rookie when it comes to smokin, but have started to experiment already. I own a Chargriller Outlaw and so far like it alot. I have already started smokin wild turkey, quail, pheasant, beer can chicken, ribs, and pork loin. So far all have turned out good, but could always use help (with everyones knowledge) to make it better.

Welcome to SMF.Sounds like you have done a lot of variety already...
