Yes I have been craving some beef ribs for a while now and I cann't seem to fine any good ones in the stores around us. So I got theses not really happy with them but there BEEF RIBS. So a little Old Bay rub that you'll have heard me talkin about. They will be accompanied by some Abt's.

The Abt's have regular cream cheese with alittle fresh chives, oregino, rosemary, and some calantro from the garden. Then its mixed up with some gorgonsola blue cheese chunks. All is stuffed into the jalapeno's and topped with some fresh deer sausage the wrapped in the bacan and then topped with sharp cheddar cheese.

This after the first 3 hours session and ready for the foiling.

Out of the foils and the wife cann't wait

We be smokin

Now we restin

You have love the close ups

We are gettin closer to the eating

Thanks for enjoying todays smoke. 12/10/09
Mark

That all looks really good.

I've never tried Old Bay on anything but seafood? Do you use it on beef and seafood only? Or is it good for any meat?

The ribs look great and so do the ABTs...

First thanks for the praise. The rub is Old Bay and it's not the regular seafood seasonings it's a real rub for meat. It says right on the package the old bay seasoning and other spices and brown sugar. And those of you that haven't tried beef ribs run right out and get you some they are great and really (well most of them) big and meaty.

All looks great Mark, nice job. I like the slice of cheese on the ATB's, what temp did you smoke them at so as to not melt it to goo?

Looks great! I gotta do some beefies again, they are good! The ABT's with the venisson sausage made my mouth water too!

I surely wouldn't turn down your Q, looks great my friend. Thanks for awakening my taste buds... I'm on a diet.

Now you've got me in the mood for beef ribs Mark!
Great job, as always another beautiful smoke.
Beef ribs and ABTs, you couldn't ask for a better meal

Wow...that looks great! those ABT's made my mouth water!! Beef ribs are great and often under rated, especially here in the South (and sometimes hard to find!).

Pass the ribs!!!

Everything looks great Mark.

Very nice mark.I dont think i have had beef ribs in 2-3 years.I look for sales on the short ribs, but not much lately....

It sounds better than great...sounds absolutely fantastic! Wow, who wouldathunk? Thats some good cheesy goodness, Mark what with that nice slab o' cheddar crowning the top. Real good looking ribs too, got me craving some beef right now, but pig's are in my weekend.

Got to give you points for those ABT's with cheddar slabs, gorgonzola and cilantro. They look delicious.
