New to Smoking

Thread Starter
My name is Tristan McBrayer. I just bought a Smoke Hollow 38" gas smoker and seasoned it. I have been looking at these forums for a month or so and finally joined up. I havent smoked anything yet but this is the weekend. I have already rolled a fatty and have plans to go get a brisket also. I have wanted a smoker for a few years and once I saw the fatty i had to do it.
