Newbie from MN

Thread Starter
I am from the frozen tundra of Northern MN, and currently live in Dilworth, MN which is a suburb of Fargo, ND. I enjoy hunting, fishing, grilling, hockey and watching the VIKINGS!!

My smoking experience is assisted my buddy rbranstner (who introduced me to SMF)with smoking the deer sausage we make every year and also a little bit of basic smoking on my char-griller. I helped rbranstner finish his new smoke house over the weekend this is a link to the pictures, working on it all weekend got me fired up to brake out my smoker and get into smoking meat more. http://s802.photobucket.com/albums/y...nstner/Smoker/

My smoker is a char griller with SFB with a few mods and looking to do a few more mods on it this weekend. I grill on a stainless steel Perfect Flame and a hand me down Weber charcoal grill.

My goal is someday enter a cooking contest and hopefully place. I wish to build a outdoor kitchen someday soon and with this SMF become a BBQer.

Talk with you soon. SKOL Vikes!
