Yeah, there is a pretty famous one up here called PUT-IN-BAY. An island pretty much dedicated to getting your A** STINKIN' DRUNK! AHHH GOOD TIMES!icon_mrgreen.gif

BBQ E. an Au Jus packet can be found with the powdered packets of seasoning mixes in a grocery store. I used this to make sure to have that browned beef flavor stronger on the outside and to keep the lean outside of the trimmed beef from drying out. I hope it worked!

Beer-B-Q Its a 34" 16lb King salmon caught in the Betsie River in Michigan.

Auto ferret Next time you are comming to town PM. Maybe I can smoke ya some thing for your trip home.

Mballi At work I'm the Fatkid and considered "The Evil Food Wizard!".

Stan Where Ya been I miss ya? Hope everythings ok!?

ALX Thanks for the support! I have to say I really like my smoker and since Its a SOB Original...its even better!

Hey there everybody! I've got some additional Qview on the
roast beef!PDT_Armataz_01_12.gif I took it to work and sliced it on the Hobart!

It was 10 lbs to start with....This is what it looked like after it was all sliced up.

My little Miss SOB was pleased to be the first official taste tester....she was very pleased. As was Mrs SOB!icon_mrgreen.gif

Thanks for watching

I LOVE those slicers, wish i had an extra several thousand to purchase one...

Looks like the meat turned out great and your taste testers approved, and that's the most important part PDT_Armataz_01_34.gif

PDT_Armataz_01_37.gifWords alone can't describe that smoker set up, or the awesomeness of that roast color. Let's see, you are 45 minutes west of Cedar Point which puts you about 1.25 hours from me. Cya shortly. :-)
