Hello everyone. I have recently discovered this website and finally got around to joining. I have been smoking for about a year now in my Masterbuilt. Super happy with it but I am looking to get more adventurous in what I smoke. So far I have done ribs, butts, chicken, turkey, cornish game hens, fish and most recently cheese. I am still in search of a butcher where i can get real meat. Last month I made a cheese smoker that attaches to my masterbuilt. I dont know much about computers so I am not sure how to get my pictures down to 19.5kb so I can upload them. Any suggestions? Thanks for all the great postings that I have already read. I am learning more everyday.

I have the same issue with my pictures they are way to big. The trick is to go to photo bucket.com and use that to post your pictures. Basically you upload your pictures to their page and then you post a link on SMF to your pictures and we click on your link and check out your QView. We all love Qview here!!!!! Photo bucket is free and works good. I'm sure someone will be along soon to post good detailed info on how to work photo bucket if you aren't able to figure it out. Well to the Forum there is tons of great info here!!!

Welcome aboard, B.
Sounds like you have a lot of experience to share. Some recent posts on smoking cheese, you'll have to share picts of your cheese smoker.
