I've rolled a few fatties in my day but never any made of meat

so anyway I've had one on the smoker for about an hour and a half it's and I just checked the temp it's at about 145f..so when should i pull it? i figured 160 but I'm new to all this

pics as soon as she's done..this was all last minute and i didn't have what i needed to roll her right so she kinda fell apart on me and then became more of a mixed together fattie lol but hopefully it'll turn out ok..I used some mixed shredded cheese and some onion

well I'm happy to say that the fatty turned out perfect! I'm very happy with this new smoker..sadly no pics my camera is dead. the fatty is now gone the family loved it.

I'm sure I'll be cooking more of them

Well Cody lest talk here. First the saying goes if theres no Qview it didn't happen but we would like to give you another change to redeem yourself. So for the next smoke we would like to see the prep followed but the beginning the middle and the end rite off the smoker and then more Qview of the finished product maybe even plated. We dont ask much from the newbie here because you know:

WE ARE THE KIDS AND YOU HAVE THE CANDY

So please dont get upset with me I had to do that because we all want the best for and from everyone here. We all enjoy some really good BBQ here and we all stive the be the best here too.
