Yet another turkey/ham all-nighter smoke with QVIEW

The turkey was a 23 pounder and smoked for about 13 hours along with a large ham. I injected and basted the turkey about 1 hour before it went into the smoker. I used some Buchanan's scotch, butter, italian herbs, lemnon pepper, some chicken broth and a few other things I can't remember off the top of my head.

It was a lot of fun and the weather was perfect for it:

I hope everybody enjoyed their Thanksgiving holiday. Thanks for checking in on my QVIEW,

Great looking ham and turkey. Stuck in the desert and am not able to smoke at this time, about 4 more months then I'll be home.
