My bird cooked so quick I ran to the store and got some fattie fixins. My first one. I used white sharp cheddar,swiss,parmesan,red,yellow and green bell peppers and onion. Did the bacon lattice and used JD original sausage. Pretty darn good! I smoked it with apple. I'll be making more of these. Heres the qview.

I like the inners on that one. Thats the first thanksgiving fattie I have seen.

Great looking Fattie!

Here's what I did on my Traeger 075:

13# Turkey and additional 2 Turkey Legs & 6 Chicken Legs, A Prime Rib, and A Fattie filled with Mango Jalapeno Sausage, Pepperoni, Provolone & 4 Cheese Mix:











And rounded it off with some Pteradactyl Eggs, Corn on the Cob, Mashed Potatoes and some more smoked Mango Jalapeno Sausages

Everyone loved it - lots of food, lots of good friends, and a whole lot of fun!
