nice job, cant wait to see the food you do in it? do you happen to know the brand and or model number of the walmart grill you used for the lid?
i need a dome lid for mine too.

Yes I do. It was the Uniflame knockoff of a Weber. Here is a link (if it works).

Been playing with it a little, pictures to come.

I can't believe how bad I'm itching to make one of these....

Weird because I'm coming off a lot heavier duty build w/ a compressor tank. But this is just intriguing.

I am anxious to learn the ropes of charcoal cooking. I started/learned with lump coal and natural wood. Sorta backwards I guess.
