With the opener tomorrow, my thoughts turn to goose snack sticks. Goose in my opinion is a good filler meat for these treats. What is your favorite recipe for snack sticks? Hopefully starting tomorrow I will be starting my collection of meat for this years snacks full of smokey goodness, and the more recipes to try the better

You got some good areas there for goose. My grandpa runs a ranch in platville just north of you and there are geese there ALL the time...I'm no help on the recipe tho..good shootin

If he needs someone reliable to help him with the goose problem let me know. I know the DWM's in the area, and they can vouch for me if he want's character references.

I have the trailer hooked up ready to go to Johnstown area tomorrow. Well see how we do.

I will call him this weekend and see how or what they do for people wanting to hunt there. I really don't know but I'll try to find out.
