Man I feel like I have been adopted into an amazing family of smokers! I am glad to have so much information and experience at my finger tips. What a great asset you all will be to my smoking future. I am amazed at how into this I am, I have smoked some baby back ribs which were awesome, and a whole chicken which was tasty but a little dry. With my electric smoker I need to be creative with the controlling of the temperature. But I love it I love to learn, I love the look on my wife's face when she tries my newest adventure. I love trying new things and this definitely new but I am in it for the long haul. I wake up thinking of new things to smoke and new brine's or rubs it's awesome.
