Here's what showed up at the door today for my Bday. I guess I should have taken some pics before I assembled it. It's the 18" model.

I plan to do my first cook with it on Saturday. Took a pork shoulder out for some pulled pork sammies.

If anyone has any tips or suggestions on running this thing please do so. I have experience with the UDS but not with a water smoker.

January 03, 2006? LOL, someone let the batteries run dry on the camera. Great looking Weber Smokie. Happy B-Day! Thats a good smoker.

Congratulations on the new addition. Let us know how well it works.

Sure will. Thanks a bunch guys.

Dude: I've been lurking on that site for a while. It actually helped convince me this would be a good unit to have.

Congratulations Rick! Oh, and happy Bday too.

Can't wait to see what you can do with that baby...almost a shame to use it it is so shiny.

Ive still got my new WSM in the box, Im going to assemble it this weekend to make sure all the parts are there, even though I still cant use it til x-mas (bb ribs for x-mas dinner)..

I am a memebr over @ the Weber site as well.

Happy Bday RickW! I can't believe you are getting all excited over the Weber Bullet when you have that beautiful Horizon to smoke on. Oh well, I guess new toys are always something to get pumped about.

Again, congrats on the birthday and the new toy!

Thanks Marty. The Weber will be doing some cold weather duty for me. It's going to be nice not to tend a fire when it's below freezing out there.

If we're lucky enough to have a nice day or two through out the winter I'll be firing up the Horizon.
