That truely sounds and looks like an insanely good treat right there!

If I didn't have plans for my point from my packer, I'd try this next week when the cure is finished...maybe I'll get another packer late this week...got a trip planned for Sam's Club.....soooooooooooooooo.....

I appreciate that Alex and any recipe's you want to share are great. My plan was to kinda make Tommy C's World Class Comp Winning Chili that I discovered on a thread in here. I copied the recipe and it looks exellent. I would really like any ideas you have, cause I haven't decided on anything concrete yet, the concept is still swirling around icon_mrgreen.gif
