after i got all my mod 's done i had to smoke so here are a few pics will post more.

i did chicken,ribs,bologna and a small beef roast for sandwiches or in a burrito with some cheese !PDT_Armataz_01_36.gif

my temp

i try and keep my temp between 220 and 240 PDT_Armataz_01_01.gif

and i put it all on at the same time but the bologna gets done first because all you are really doing is giving it a "sun tan" the follows the chicken then the ribs and then the small roast.

Now taht does look like a happy smoker cause it has some really good looking grub in it. Great job on the whole smoke.

Dang it all looks so good, I think I am leaning toward the bologna because it is unusual...PDT_Armataz_01_37.gif
