Wanted to introduce my self. Name is Scott Schemahorn, everyone calls me Schemy. I am originally from Colorado, but just recently relocated to Little Rock, AR. I was transferred with my company, and so fard the adjustment has gone well.

Smoking.....lets see I have been smoking for about 5 years now. I actually won an amateur ribs competition just over a year ago. I can't get enough of smoking and grilling meats. Hoping to pick up some different ideas and tips, as well as sharing some of my own.

Thanks,
